In addition to writing and editing, Sandy DeLuca is an artist who has
exhibited large scale paintings in Rhode Island. She has participated
in solo shows as well as group shows. Although she was trained as a
painter, in recent years her illustrations have appeared in such
places as: The Klingon Journal of Language, Pillow Screams,
Black Forest, The Catbird Seat, Edgar: Digested
Verse, Dragon Soup (the e-zine), The Edge: Tales of
Suspense, Isis Rising, Burning Sky, Falconwood
Press, and Critique Magazine. She is presently at work on
several new projects, including a series of large acrylic canvases and
a chapbook of her poems and artwork.
