Shenanigans is a collection of thirteen contemporary science fiction stories from one of the best new names of science fiction, Noel K. Hannan. The book also contains the excellent work of various artists working within the independent or mainstream comics scene, and an introduction from the critically-acclaimed author Ian Watson.

Noel K. Hannan is also a member of the North American Writers of Science Fiction Association.

Noel K. Hannan has had scripts published by the independent U.S. comics publisher Fantaco in the early 1990s, with the publication of his adaption of Romero's Night of the Living Dead, and his original work for Weird West and Air Warriors.

Noel K. Hannan's main success is with independent publishing, with his own imprints of Bad to the Bone (which published the critically-acclaimed graphic novel Streetmeat) and Ankh Press, which publishes his own story booklets.

Noel K. Hannan has also had stories published in the Infinity Plus web-site, the New Worlds anthology, and various other small press magazines.
