The Fortress of Words is a new venture founded in 2002. The chapbook " . . . is this a cat?" constitutes the press's debut. A bi-annual fiction and poetry magazine and a short story collection are in the planning stages. The Fortress of Words does not have its own web presence as of yet, but there's a bit about their products at www.lcrw.net/nonlcrwpages/fow/notacat.htm, which will almost certainly provide notice when their own site is up and running.
