Dragoon Publications puts out EDGAR: Digested Verse, a quarterly poetry 'zine of the macabre--going for the jugular but giving you something to chew over. It was founded in late 1998 by John Picinich and launched EDGAR in January 1999.

Dragoon Publications wants to bring between the covers of EDGAR the brightest lights of the dark press along with up-and-coming talents and exciting newcomers. EDGAR ushered in the poetic debuts of several writers before its untimely demise.
